Name: Hodgins
Species: Northern White-Faced Owl (Native to Central Africa)


Bio: Age unknown
From the depths of Africa's darkest forests, Hodgins has witnessed terrors that would send even the bravest hyenas scurrying with their tail between their legs. Throughout his life, Hodgins has fended off dangerous carnivores. Many of his closer friends have been a lucky predator's meal, leaving Hodgins feeling lost and alone. With nothing to lose, Hodgins managed to flee from his home through a trecherous storm that scared away the predator and his pack. It wasn't long before Hodgin's wings began to grow weary. He was losing speed and altitude when the spirit of his father appeared to him and gave Hodgins the strength to carry on.
Hodgins settled down on Pemba Island for a few years until he grew strong enough to venture out. Ever since that fateful day, Hodgins has been a wanderer trying to fit in. So far he hasn't had much luck, but perhaps he'll find his kind of crowd.

Personality: Hodgins doesn't say much, but that does not mean he's not thinking. It is said that he's staring, unblinking out into the future most of the time. How else can he be so wise?
His words are succinct and to the point. This may leave him sounding blunt at times, but he means well. He's always willing to lend a helping hand...erm, or wing, perhaps to anyone who may need it-- From the smallest grasshopper to the fattest elephant. Hodgins' advice is often sought after.
